I received a MOBI.file of this book from the author through a giveaway she had on LibraryThing and the following is my honest opinion.

If someone is looking for some sort of guidebook in knowing how to live a Christian life, it’s best if they look at Ephesians, the 10th book of the New Testament, whose authorship has been attributed to the Apostle Paul while he had been imprisoned.

One of the most important areas in regards to Christian Living is the relationship a man and a woman [a husband and a wife] have for each other, and this is precisely what Ephesians deals with in 5:22-24 [ESV]

22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the
church, his body, and is himself its Savior.
24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.

Ephesians 5 then proceeds by going into further details in verses 25-33, will is then followed by the relationships between that of parents and their childen in Ephesians 6:1-4 and finally between individuals and their slaves/servants in Ephesians 6:5-9.

What the author, Berenice Aguilera, has done here in her book has been to break this book of the Bible down into specific segments [book/verses] which she then expounds into laymen terms for her readers, by placing them directly into her explanations.

While this book will certainly bring its readers closer to the Lord, will also bring all believers in His Greatest, closer to each other, in the manner He has intended for everyone to live in. This is one book which CANNOT be read in a single sitting, it MUST be read slowly one section at a time, giving time for readers to contemplate on what they’ve just read and applying it for themselves. For wanting to educate all those who will read this guidebook into a life of Christian Living, I’ve given this book and its author 5 STARS.… (mais)
