I don't care much about the paleo or caveman fad, but the recipes are good, nonetheless.
Unlike many Paleo cookbooks Anottacelli offers simple, easy recipes that do not require many highly specialized and expensive ingredients such as, ghee, raw honey, or coconut butter. In fact the only section of the cookbook that offers recipes with these ingredients is the dessert section.
Another wonderful aspect to this cookbook is that you would not know these recipes were Paleo unless you were the person doing the cooking. Many of them are recipes that anyone would make for a summer barbecue or picni. Overall this book translated well to Kindle format and Anotacelli offers clear simple instructions that even a beginner cook like myself can understand-- great and useful cookbook for those interested in a healthier lifestyle… (mais)

This juicing book contains many delicious and healthy recipes. I prefer vegetable juices myself, and this book did satisfy.

I didn't like the look of most of the recipes in this book. If this is the sort of thing that you have to live on to live longer I think I will have fun and die young!
