I ate this book up like it was candy. If I were a teen, this exactly would have matched my type of book. This has that whole sweet innocent girl who is clumsy and feels completely invisible. It also has the cute bad boy that is focused on her. This is fun and maybe a little goofy book from Entangled Crush. It is a good book but I'm not sure if its one that will stick around for me personally.

Mallory is an innocent normal bland teenager. However, her twin sister Blake is almost like a superstar. Blake is super athletic, popular with the boys, outgoing. Mallory has asthma, is in the band, and always has her face in a book. Blake gets in major trouble from pranking this one specific boy and her choice is go to prison, or summer camp… Or option number three beg your twin sister to go for you. Obviously since this story is about Mallory you can tell Blake went with option number three.

Ben Iron Cloud is the one guy in school who isn't interested in Blake. Not in the slightest. They have been total enemies all school year. The final prank that caused him to get suspended for the last bit of school was pushing it. His mother sends him to a summer camp because she thinks he needs to get away from his friends who have a bad reputation. The first day of camp he sees his enemy, Blake, show up and he decides that now is the time for revenge. He doesn't know that it is actually Mallory the meek.

I would pick this book up again, just to see if it interests me more down the road. I think it deserves a re-read. For now I will say it was a good book and if you are a teen, or have a teen this is totally appropriate and really fun to read.

A laugh out loud funny book filled with wacky but endearing characters, a story with a bit of mystery, tons of zany mishaps, and overall left me feeling happy! Ruby with all her good intentions finds herself in some pretty bizarre situations that she deals with as only Ruby can! You can't help but love Ruby all the while shaking your head at her antics. This is a book I highly recommend!

Quirky. A bit slow and unbelievable. I had to force myself to finish this one. The interactions between Ruby and Noel seemed too casual and infrequent to lead to a HEA. The references to The Wizard of Oz were cute. But, some of Ruby's off the wall antics were unexpected and just didn't seem to fit with the story. I had a hard time connecting to the characters possibly because they were so unreal, immature and naive.

ARC received from Entangled Publishing in exchange for an honest review.
