Naturopathy has many protagonists in India. Mahatma Gandhi was a great believer in this style of treatment and he also believed that since nature is the best healer of any disease, so is naturopathy. But despite the feeling of reverence people have in this style, they do not know the scientific logic that runs behind this great therapy. The basic purpose of the book is to fight the defective vision by making the sufferer's eyes powerful from inside by suggesting various neck and eyes' exercises and dietary restrictions. Return to nature is the best remedy for all ailments that afflict the body and the failing eye-sight is no exception to this general principle. It is hoped that this handy book shall 'enlighten' the vision of the readers by making them aware of their weaknessess - habitual or otherwise -- and their strong points.… (mais)
