Críticas

Late era, ultra-sleazy quasi-giallo that sees husband and wife Roberto (Ray Lovelock) and Patrizia (Anna Maria Rizzoli) helping the police investigate a murder and a blackmailing scam. The crimes revolve around the Play Motel, which is a location for perverted sexual trysts. A black gloved killer and an elaborate mystery plotline just about qualifies this as giallo, but writer / director Mario Gariazzo appears more focused on the sex and smut elements. Gariazzo does manage a few decent shots and set-pieces but his story and approach are far too confused and pedestrian to raise the film above the ordinary. Ray Lovelock and Anna Maria Rizzoli are, however, both enjoyable as the two leads and the films boasts a supremely cheesy but extremely catchy theme song, also called "Play Motel" The song plays every time a couple of characters start to have sex - you will therefore hear the song numerous times and have become very familiar with the tune and the words by the end of the film.
