Too fast-paced. Couldn't connect with the characters. Poorly done.

I often like to read the graphic novels of books before I decide to get into the series. Often, the wonderful art, and quick-moving story in the graphic novels make me interested to read the whole story, to see what I missed just by reading the..."overview" so to speak. This does not make me want to read the actual book.
