This book is worth buying..Its mythbusters for those of us interested exercise and diet. The writing is crisp and clear . The questions posed are the ones a lay person would ask . The writer answers the question on two levels. A very readable lay answer and then on a deeper science based level. Oh btw yes you should eat the yoke .
