Vernon Johnson

This book gives insight into the benefits of suffering. It is the story of a modern-day saint, St. Therese of the Little Flower Jesus (January 2, 1873 – September 30, 1897), who spent nine years in a Carmelite convent and who wrote a treatise on "The Little Way" to holiness. She was canonized a saint, and is recognized (among two other women) as a Doctor of the Roman Catholic Church.
