The Whisker Twitchers is a story about a young rabbit called Bella, who discovers snow for the first time. Her Grandad detects snow coming when he sniffs the air and his whiskers twitch, but does not tell Bella why he keeps 'twitching his whiskers'.

When Bella wakes from her sleep, she goes outside to find her grandad and learns that he has built a snow rabbit! Grandad explains about snow and they are joined by other rabbits, having a snow ball fight.

The Whisker Twitchers is written in easily understandable language, whilst introducing a few more difficult words to extend the young reader's vocabulary. Young readers will delight in the wintery feel to this story through both the words and pictures.

This is a fun little story which will capture the young readers' interest, and is beautifully illustrated throughout.… (mais)
