Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness por Sam Raimi
2023 movie #6. 2022. A lot of stuff happens in this movie as Dr. Strange and the Scarlet Witch chase each other through the multiverse. Ultimately, it's a lot of flash and noise without much story. Not recommended if you're not very familiar with previous Marvel efforts.
A film starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen (Disney, 2022).
Someone with an interdimensional travel ability is hunted.

I feel like for this story to work, it needed to be an America Chavez movie instead of a Doctor Strange movie. As it is, after her brief, lazy backstory scene, she stops being a character altogether until the climax of the movie comes in out of nowhere. Aside from the story, there's a lot of neat stuff in here. It's got some fun, creepy gags, and a kids-playing-with-action-figures vibe that reminds me a little of Aquaman.

Not quite as enjoyable as the first film. But still pretty entertaining.
A norse god from outer space is arrested by the time police.

It's consistently fun and weird. It never stalls for time. The production design is great. But there's no ending. Literally - it's not a bad ending, or a cliffhanger - they just stop, like they misplaced the last couple episodes. So I feel like my saying this is "good" is pretty generous.
