This book offers 30 tasks that if you do them you will lose weight. There are no magic bullets in this book. Jenna Wolf never claims that there is magic. Weight loss is hard work. Unless you do the work you won't lose the weight. Wolf suggests you commit to the habits in the order she presents them. They are a combination weight watchers diet diary and exercise regime. I have lost some weight using Jenna's book. I have not done them in order. The book provides everything you need to lose weight but motivation and discipline.I will buy and ebook version of the book to help remind me O what I need to be doing. ( )

It's not supposed to be easy. Day One of any sort of change, much less this one, is a monumental act of courage. I know it because I was there. Standing in front of a mirror, completely exposed, staring up the hill with what felt like lead legs.
