Wolf suggests you commit to the habits in the order she presents them. They are a combination weight watchers diet diary and exercise regime. I have lost some weight using Jenna's book. I have not done them in order. The book provides everything you need to lose weight but motivation and discipline.I will buy and ebook version of the book to help remind me O what I need to be doing.
